Special attention is placed on every stage of the manufacturing process; be it the procurement of raw materials, designing, dyeing, weaving, printing, stitching, embellishments, finishing or packaging. The final product is always subjected to many quality assurance tests like test for shrinkage, color fast/light fast before packaging. Best quality is our guarantee.
Stage 1 : The raw material is checked for quality, by an experienced team of yarn and fabric testing specialists. The fabric is also tested for colourfastness, the dyeing process used and conformance to international specifications.
Stage 2 : The product is further evaluated for weaving quality and manual defects.
Stage 3 : Finishing and packaging quality are then checked for. All packaging material and procedures conform to globally recognised practices, thereby ensuring that the delivered products compare to the best in the industry.
